Morning /afternoon /evening chat

Good afternoon motorhomers ,   back home now all washng sorted van still in a mess from christmas meet though. weather wise it's turned bitterly  cold in Shrewsbury ,   sleet in with the heavy  rain.  So glad weather was kind to us for the Christmas meet. Been trying to work my way round the website ive managed to start a  topic  and post xmas  imoj's  lol

Good afternoon Kate and anyone else looking in. It is absolutely persisting down here and freezing cold, glad I managed to get Holly out for a walk this morning.
Have managed to empty the motorhome out, drain down and put it back into storage. Just needs cleaning inside and out now, will have to try and do that if we get a half decent day.

Raining here as well and forecast not good for tomorrow, looks like i'm in for a rough 3 days at work

If i had been Holly you would not have got me out for a walk this morning Dave   I had to take Amanda for blood test this morning it was a shock to the system.  Storm Diana it's way apparently.

Thanks Ken im going to try and learn somthing weekly on here  .  My screen is driving me mad on my phone it keeps jumping all over the place.  

Just told Amanda Christmas is banned till December Ken lol i ain't telling you what she said

Well we managed a short walk earlier. Izzy is back to normal but we still  have the vets on Thursday.
Washing machine made a bang when it was on last evening. I thought something had fell of draining board but no. Used again today and when spinning sounds like a drill. The drum is fairly loose and easy to spin round by hand. It's getting on abit so maybe a new one
So Christmas might be cancelled as I now have a new front door to get and now a washer 
Oh well that's life .
Must go out carol singing in December see if I can make some money.

Frank and Marg I'm going to a rock and roll night 6 Dec and they might have a learning to jive night if there's enough people. So you never know might not be a lost Course.

Kate I hate to think what its like behind my washer. its been there years and years. will try and get our George when he comes round or our carl to have a look
if I get a new one I still will have  to come out and I will be embarrassed. so I will have to get it out so far and tidy up around the back.

Hi All absolutely freezing cold wet and windy here, Eric been outside most of the day in the cold hanging a new gate which is proud to have made DIY is definitely not his favourite subject, I have had my little Molly here most of the day so had a fun time, Eric off to his uke club later I’m in charge of the remote control so will be up to my eyes in soap bubbles lol , keep warm all

Afternoon ,  All much milder weather to day but gosh the winds very very rough.

Been playing Rumikub with Amanda and she's beat me again.  Bills sorting his little pension out today hopefully he
will recieve a little cheque before Christmas. It all helps. .  Right I'm of to pull the washing machine out

Managed to get Holly out for a walk without getting soaked but I’m afraid apart from the walk I have had a very lazy day.
I’m waiting for a couple of dry days as I want to put some new security cameras up.

Not too bad here had a little pram push this morning just been to Morrison’s now and it’s blowing a hoolie, hope Holly had her coat on Dave need to keep her cozy , Kate not surprised Amanda beat you we can’t keep up with her on her games, has she finished her jigsaw yet ? Can’t wait for the next instalment of what’s lurking behind the washer  girls lol , keep warm all Ken don’t work too hard on the countdown now

I've cleared the sink unit cupboard and cleaned it ready for my brother in law to come and disconnect the washer then hopefully he might connect my new one when I get it.
Hate to think how much water is resting in the washer. My back door near the washer doesn't open fully ( I don't use it)
So it will have to go out via the patio or front door. Will be fun .
When it's gone then I cabin clean up, wonder if I can rearrange the cupboards  no don't think so
Of to vets tomorrow Izzys injections but will mention her being off colour at weekend 
But she is back to normal

Well washer went out and within 5 minutes chap asked if he could take it. Yes said I. Back to soaking some of the water up off my kitchen floor. Now sat with coffee and toast while it dries off then I can tidy up.
Izzy vets appointment re arranged due to weather. I'm not driving in those winds and rain going Monday now

The waltons and Lttle Houes on the Priarie, reminded my of my box set of Upstairs Downstairs.
I watched the first one in black and white and the acting was terrible. Still got think it's 15 discs to watch,  but can't see them being that bad . Had them at least 3 years

Well John your C1 medical should be over by now 10.10am and results good.
Washer not plumbed in yet and I've had the instructions out and no wiser. Makes me wonder how old my other one was

Hi Polly. Back from medical, because I have had stent in the past and also suffer with CPOD I think that they may ask me for a tread mill test.
Also I had a eye operation, nothing to with vison. The doctor wrote it down, and I can't read is writing.
Execped the DVLA with also have trouble.
Fingers crossed, but I'm expecting probs. Fingers crossed.
On newer washers it's only cold fill.

Hi All busy weekend for some of you, John, Eric just had his new licence back with C1 they messed him about a bit sending forms back once but sorted now, lot of red tape lol, Amanda’s new hearing aids will mean no more secrets Kate, she will be on to you if you try to whisper Christmas gift ideas lol, new washer will be hard to get used to Polly if you have had yours a while everything takes twice as long with the new cold fill , lots more walking time for Izzy lol,
Lovely day yesterday sunny but chilly took Molly to see Santa at local garden centre she loved everything except Santa.. Oh well you can’t get everything right lol, tree n dec’s up ho ho ho have a great day all x

Very frosty here this morning but at least it’s sunny.
Got to get over to the motorhome storage today and wash the motorhome down, I don’t know why I bother because driving it home tomorrow to load up it will be filthy again.

Yes John, I was getting a bit worried when it came down to the last few. At least if we get knocked out it will be a decent team that does it.

£2 I was watching it but it finished today when I was at ThiJi. Was going to put a bid in before I went but went straght out of my head. Sold for £2 plus postage.

Good morning all. John it is cold. Just got out of Malc's car, he has the heating full blast and keeps his coat and hat on while he's driving. Gets out of car and moans about the cold. I'd pass out if I kept coat on. Shouts at me because I open window every so often for a blast of fresh air.

Busy week taking in 2 carol concerts supporting our Tilly and having a good sing along.
Planes don't seem to be struggling this morning so must be ok up in the sky's. Some days when bad the planes do struggle coming into land at M/C airport .
Might get izzy out for a quick walk after when I'm dressed.
Tomorrow off to M/C Lowery outlet. Nooooooooo shopping going on the Snowman hunt. 12 in total for the 12 days of Christmas. 
I was done out of the Bees but won't go there, still upset about that.
