Good afternoon motorhomers ,   back home now all washng sorted van still in a mess from christmas meet though. weather wise it's turned bitterly  cold in Shrewsbury ,   sleet in with the heavy  rain.  So glad weather was kind to us for the Christmas meet. Been trying to work my way round the website ive managed to start a  topic  and post xmas  imoj's  lol

Afternoon everyone,  seems ages ago since Christmas meet.  So looking forward to spring and getting out and about in Van.

Well second jive lesson under my belt and not doing bad, I'm a leader as shortage of men. But not to worry I can become a follower easily I think. Need our Ethan or George to practise with.
Out Wednesday evening for a shindig so that will be fun.

Afternoon All,  gone really cold here in Shrewsbury.  We are staying by the log burner today.   Watching movies.  What's everyone else upto.  Anyone out in van?

What a dreary day here, cold and wet. Not a day for venturing out.

After all the frost and the tiny tiny flurries, well today Thursday has been fairly nice
Dry not to chilly so didn't wear my gloves or scarf or hat , so didn't get hat hairi izzy got a little muddy feet but she did well.
I am so so lucky to have Reddish Vale Country Park on my doorstep 5 minutes away if that.
Sound s great doesn't it but we take it for granted but I have started to use it now only a small section of it though. Izzy was on her way home. When I was a child the other month I use to sit on the bonkings watching the trains go by, and now I walk the track[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Got a project on the go . One of my ideas,  nothing to do with Motorhoming.
Will divulge when I have finished it. My first part of it arrived last week and to big. Reordered and just arrived brilliant

For the final section part 3, the lady I needed for this is in hospital so I will have to be patient.
I won't be able to show you till it's completely finished.

Feeling abit out of sorts. So with the sun shining on Tuesday changed our walk. Off to another favourite  spot for Izzys walk.
Lovely and sunny photo dark but I think lovely, taken with my phone. Also watching the buzzard . Swoop down low a few times but couldnt capture a photo .if you look at the photo the speck in the sky is the buzzard 
And izzy has had a haircut so not an hairy Mary anymore

Afternoon All.  Hoping everyone is keeping well.  We just had a lovely few days  away in Van, weather was gorgeous.  Woke to a   blustery nippy wind today ..  So winter is back lol.  
Looking forward to meeting up with everyone at  Ken & Adele's meet  x

Been a good day but poor izzy didn't get a walk
Went to ikea with daughter cost me abit and all I bought was a pillow £4 to replace one that Izzy distroyed.
Then I decided to use in her cage so another trip to Ikea sometime to replace that one for spare bed.
Gladys was taken ready for service and MOT.
I have been looking for a viniger bottle small and plastic for the van. Ended up buying some sachets and some of mustard. Yes I know could have picked some up at Ikea today but wasn't looking then.
For the amount I use these will do  . Will get some salt from somewhere as don't use salt much either
Well that's me done till tomorrow . See what the weather brings tomorrow if Izzy gets her walk. Woops no I'm out for lunch , nearly forgot

Well was out last night at a rock &Roll do. Great night 
Bed about 12 ish , up at 7  . I have now been hadcuffed and played frustration. Shared my crumpets and now sitting having a coffee . Yes grandkiddy sitting 
The fun of being a grandparent. 
But we did go to Llandudno on Tuesday lovely dry day. Even fed the seagull with my 99 cornet. The check of him didn't even wait to be asked just helped himself, Chocolate flake as well. I didn't hid it well enough

Don't know what your all upto but at this moment in time I'm watching Wanted Down Under, well Izzy is asleep and I am having my second cuppa.
It's another lovely day and will take Izzy out for her walk later.
Might put water in Gladys motorhome and see if all is ok I no springy leaks appear

Yesterday decided to fill Gladys up and check taps. 
So hose stretched out motorhome moved down driveway so I can get in front to side gate . Stretched and stretched Hose so connected to water point on Gladys. All going well and in my favour.
Goes to switch outdoor tap on and no water . Disconnected hose and turned tap back on , nope no water, then it clicked.
When our Carl fitted my new washer did he disconnect the outside tap? 
Well today I pulled out all the stuff from under my sink to see if I could se. Yes think I can see the connection. So I'm going to have my toast and coffee then get mop and clothes at the ready just incase I do something wrong
Let you know later as off out with Izzy for our daily walk after toast and jam and coffee

well I started a project last month but it had to be put on hold re the woodwork. But today I found something that could work so now I'm on stage 3 of my project.  The final stage 
If all goes well I will disclose it to you. Just have to go and get some smaller screws tomorrow. Are you impressed not holding it together with nails 
It's not for the motorhome so don't worry , I won't  be distorting her.
