Cost per night - £13.00 but reduced to £12 if more than 10 vans attend

I have looked at club website and it does mention they do do food on a weekend as follows - Fri & Sat 5pm-8pm and Sunday 4pm-7 pm.

He does do food but its only basic food
Burgers
Pie
Scampi
The hookup is 7 pound a nitgh for 16 amp
Dont worry he says there is enough to go round
And we will be on hard standing
And the cost per nite will be £11per nite pluss rally fees if no body backs out
Sorry for the confusion
We are also booking the hall for the day on Saturday

Thanks Paul , their pie and chips are lovely and scampi cheap as well will save me cooking . Looking forward to the Xmas meal out as well .

Meal on Saturday if the pub reopens in time it's appirs its still been refitted out
But we are looking at alternatives pubs about 5 to 10 min drive away as soon we hear any thing we let you know
May have bq the turkey

We had a good Christmas meal out at the stags head
Goosnargh before the covid Paul, dont know what it's like now though .
We shall be having pie/ scampi and chips from the bar on the Friday . I intend to be a lady of leisure that weekend . No cooking

The Grapes closed for refurb and was supposed to reopen last week, and hasn’t. My first message to them re menu was August 31st and yes could accommodate 30+ of us, second one 26th Sept - their reply “ please bear with us”, third 24th Oct hasn’t yet been replied to. Phone line continuously engaged today. Paul has messaged a couple of pubs today and awaits their replies. Re The Stag - Paul contacted them but they wouldn’t sit us all. Apologies for no recent update but we did hope it would have been sorted by now but obs the refurb at chosen venue is taking longer than they expected. Date for proposed meal is Saturday 2nd December.

If anyone is travelling a good distance away from Whittingham, and is looking for a stopover for a night or two prior to this meet, we have booked onto Hampton Road Social Club & Caravan site in Blackpool. It is £25 per night inc EHU, and temporary membership to the Social club is included. Their contact number to book is 01253 341020, their website is www.hamptonroadcaravanparkandsocialclub.co.uk.

Paul has booked our Christmas meal at The Dog Inn, Longridge, PR3 3 RR. The pub is approx 10 minutes drive away from Whittingham Club and this will be on Saturday 2nd December at 3pm. We will have a couple of cars going and hoping to ferry members to the pub. If anyone else is taking a car we would appreciate any help and we will organise lifts when we know numbers.

Please take a look at the menu as the Pub requires menu choices of 1,2 or 3 courses, by Saturday 18th November.

A £6 per person deposit has to be paid ASAP to secure the booking. If you wish to join us please use the PM button at the top of this post to send your menu choices, any allergies, and I will reply with bank details to send deposit to.

If you are struggling with PM please post on here and we will work from that.
