7. 2014 Xmas Meet At Uttoxeter Racecourse 3rd to 8th Dec

This years Xmas meet will be held at Uttoxeter Racecourse, Wood Lane, Uttoxeter, Staffordshire, ST14 8BD
Plenty of room with hard standing and EHU
Arrive Wed 3rd Dec, leave site Mon 8th Dec, 5 nights
We have the use of a function room for 4 days - Thu-Sun
£16 per night, can reduce to £15.50 if more than 20 vans attending

There will be a meal at the Water Bridge
3 courses £15.99
Starters
Tomato soup with a Cream and basil pesto
Prawn cocktail
Garlic and herb breaded mushrooms
Chicken liver pate
Mains
8oz sirloin steak
Turkey dinner with all the trimmings
Grilled Tilapia with Thyme and Cranberry crumble
Country veg pie
Brie and cranberry topped beef burger
Puddings
Christmas pudding
Profiteroles
Jaffa cake sundae
Winter berry roulade

A £10 deposit per person is required before the end of October

i wont be staying for the race day.44 pound is too much for a raceday in december.

I thought so as well Frank but as I have never been I wouldnt know what the costs are normally but at those prices I am not expecting anyone to stay over.

there is tickets for sale on the web site from 10.00 per person.

the 22.00 tickets are on sale at 19.00 per person.

rip off i think.so not getting my money.

ps there are tickets on sale for 22.00 but it says valour tickets whatever they are.

Are you interested if we can get the center course ticket for £10 as it says on the website.

no thanks jan,thank you for your help.to be honest i thought we would be in the centre campsite where to watch the racing is free,and i could put my bets on online and watch from the van area,it wasnt to be,
and if our son decides to go to oz for xmas we will probably be in spain for dec.

Also think we will bail out of race day for them costs, thank you Jan for your work on this but as Frank has said its not worth the extra cost.

We paid £87.90 for four nights last December including two adult race day tickets. Hook up was not an option.
I won £40 over seven races  

Had to move off the hard standing on race day to here, no hardship
