This years Xmas meet will be held at Uttoxeter Racecourse, Wood Lane, Uttoxeter, Staffordshire, ST14 8BD
Plenty of room with hard standing and EHU
Arrive Wed 3rd Dec, leave site Mon 8th Dec, 5 nights
We have the use of a function room for 4 days - Thu-Sun
£16 per night, can reduce to £15.50 if more than 20 vans attending

There will be a meal at the Water Bridge
3 courses £15.99
Starters
Tomato soup with a Cream and basil pesto
Prawn cocktail
Garlic and herb breaded mushrooms
Chicken liver pate
Mains
8oz sirloin steak
Turkey dinner with all the trimmings
Grilled Tilapia with Thyme and Cranberry crumble
Country veg pie
Brie and cranberry topped beef burger
Puddings
Christmas pudding
Profiteroles
Jaffa cake sundae
Winter berry roulade

A £10 deposit per person is required before the end of October

Went to Uttoxeter Racecourse yesterday to have a look at the campsite, quite impressive, plenty of hard standing, very clean and tidy, quiet. About 20 vans were parked up - don't know if it was a rally or just normal for the site, still plenty of room though, even with all those vans on.

6.30 Bring and share Christmas style treats and dishes
60's disco -please dress accordingly if you wish- games and competitions
SATURDAY 2.00pm AGM , followed by committee meeting
6.00pm  Christmas Meal at Waterbridge- Transport if neeeded
SUNDAY-11.00 am Coffee and mince pies Raffle tickets on sale Please pay your fees
2.00pm Boules /Santa tray race
7.30pm Christmas sing-a long Play your cards right/Mr and Mrs
Roll for a bottle
Secret Santa
Raffle draw
MONDAY - Safe journey home

Come on folks - you still have time  to book for this one
Uttoxeter boasts an ice rink , bowling alley, cinema , Asda , Tesco and the Co-op as well as other small shops and places to eat- all a short walk away from where we are camping

If you have sent me your menu choice yet- you have 8 days to decide lol

Unfortunately will not be able to make the big bash due to work commitments.
I'm sure you will manage without me

Due to a change of hospital operation appointment(it was arranged for monday and just got a call they are going on strike )i am now going in on thurs 4th dec so will be fri/sat before i can get there. If its saturday i will be wearing my 60s outfit to the meal
