lovely weather yesterday but today is damp with the promise of sunshine later. One grandson collected then off for the other one then on my first trip on the tram to Manchester then on the big wheel (this is not my first time though) then to KFC and home so today is all wrapped up. But also at the moment enjoying the peace and quiet. Alfie went home yesterday i didnt think it was fair/fare on him being so upset. but i had a lovely nights sleep
hope you all have a great day whatever you are doing and Adele who is going for a photo shoot xxxx

Well. I Am back safe and sound The wheel moved quicker than other ones I have been on. Think it was because it wasn't busy but we did stop once at the top and it did sway quite a but in the wind and the wind howled
At least it stopped our George from swaying it

Lovely up here as well, and the sun through my window is positively hot, is this the shape of things to come. The daffs and crocus are looking resplendent (dictionary pie for breakfast) and there is a feelgood atmosphere!

Did the washing yesterday cal, not done the roof though, it's filthy and needs the hose pipe on it so doing that at home, hopefully on Wednesday on my day off so I'd better put a "no rain day" request in

Try half a ton of sand, a little imagination and liberal amounts of strong drink. Cal

Come to sunny North Yorkshire Cal. The sun as shone for over a week now with very short showers and not many of those.
North Yorkshire is hosting the Tour de France first weekend in July swiftly followed by the Great Yorkshire Show commencing on the Tuesday.
Me - oh I am going to a meet with the Homers in Derbyshire Can't stand crowds/

Wow, what a fabulous day, today has been. Got a couple of little jobs done on the van, removed water filler and cleaned it up ready for putting in new location, and a connecting point, for what I assume was for an external pump and cleaned the body work ready for fibre glass, hope we get another day like today, for tomorrow. Welcome back Bob and Barbara, and thanks for bringing some sun back with you!

Been overcast today so no
Went out yesterday to apply for a new passport [well new to me]. What a carry on. Signature too near outer lines - couldn't see both ears on photo. Was fed up running for more application forms and having photo taken. However the application is now winging its way to the Passport office
Now waiting to see if the powers that be want to interview me to see if I am here legally

Not a lot of sun up here today, but considerably warmer, so got a bit of fibre glassing done, then tackled a job I had not been looking forward to.....yes I cleaned the cassette out, so that is my toilet cleaned top and bottom, to a state that is now useable. I am going to need counseling after that job. Then I had a quick run down the motorway to Southwaite services and brewed up my first cuppa in my van, tea tastes nicer when you're out and about!

We left the heritage library at 1/2-4 after being there say from 1/2-11 Lovely day Found out that we were the third occupants of our house since it was built
That no funny business happened at grandads house
But I must have been 7 when they died yet it is sad I don't have any memory of them and they only lived round the corner Yet I remember my other grandparents
But a lovely day no pressure to look for anything
