Hi I'll add Mick  to the Meal is it for two or one people please,  Also do they want the Christmas menu or Sunday lunch one.  If Christmas I'll need their choices and how many courses please.  As Dave and San have posted in above post  you need to ring the number for Dave at the club and reserve your tickets for Queen.

Hi John yes Amamda will be your helper When you do the Mr Christmas. . 
Spoke to Dave and he will open room for us on the Thursday  to welcome everyone.  The only time room won't be available will be on the Saturday due to the preparation for the Queen night.    We can use club during the day when open.  
We all need to bring a wrapped raffle prize for Chinese raffle.   
A wrapped Xmas present for however many people you have  in attendance in your van preferably marked for  male /female /or ok for anyone.  
Last year Ken & adele did an afternoon when everyone brought a little somthing like cakes,  mice pies, cheese & biscuits. We could do that on the Friday all being well..  Hope everyone will join in with the Xmas jumpers t-shirt theme like last year. .  
I will bring along bingo tickets and raffle tickets with me if anyone else wants  to arrange anything please let us know.  I'm only helping out so will appreciate all help and suggestions I know we will all muck in and help one another

Can anybody give me an update re ground conditions at this meet? I note we have been allocated a pitch on the CS, and am presuming the pitches are on grass. Given all the recent rainfall, with more forecast, should we Need to be concerned?

Ken, I have spoken to David this morning and he said although it is wet you won’t get stuck on the CS.
We will have to try and make sure we can squeeze everyone in on the top car park and CS and hope no one ends up on the rally field.

Thanks for the prompt reply Dave. If the land is anything like that surrounding our bungalow at the moment it will be squelchy. Ive just pumped a load of standing water off our drive area, second time since Friday, and the lawn to the side of the house is still under six inches of water.
Will be keeping an eye on the forecast.

Hope your bungalow stays dry Ken, the forecast for this week isn’t looking good at all but drier by Friday and hopefully staying dry for the weekend.

Thanks Dave ,we will be ok on the Cs its quite firm .Dont go on the field .  We are aiming to be there for 12.30ish Thursday morning . so hopefully we shall be there to show you were to go Ken .
