| If it is a weekend away Rina cooks up thing before hand , stroganoff, chicken dish with mushroom peppers etc , what ever we eat at home , puts it in pour and store bags, freezes it and takes it with us , take it out on morning , and heat up of an evening , with rice or baked or boiled potatoes | |

| We have used remoskas for years, you can cook anything you want like a conventional oven (1 pot cooking) :-k | |

| partially boil some potatoes. Using skillet melt some butter or warm olive oil and gently sweat some thinly sliced onions, add some sliced bacon rashers and the potatoes. gently fry with the lid on. When it starts to go crusty and brown add a beaten egg. If you have any black pudding, add that with the potatoes. Add salt & pepper to taste. | |

| not camping recipe we had large cup mushroom yesterday cut stork out pour honey in mushroom fill stilton mature chedar bake little salade pour over sweet chill sause nice change from soup well do jamie 30 min meal idear for starter had mushrooms never with honey nice | |

| My Spanish quick sauce...
cut a small chorizo sausage into small cubes, Finely cut a red onion, finely chop 2 cloves of garlic, finely chop 1 red chile in a frying pan heat 1 tbspn olive oil add chorizo & onion for about 3 or 4 mins, then add garlic with chile & the carton of chopped tomatoes add 1 tspn of smoked paprika with a squirt of tomato ketchup. Simmer on low heat for about 10 mins. Serve with spaghetti or rice. this will be enough for 2 -4 persons. | |
