Walking this morning-then grandaughter is stopping the night -or two

Has rained all night down here, looks like it's in for the rest of the day.

Morning all, not walking this morning, Great Granddaughter coming for a couple of days with daughter whilst Granddaughter does some work on new (old) house, life seems to be getting complicated with all these daughters but we love e'm all

nice mild morning out side. not in doors grand kidds stop over nanny pam tied, so i get it in ear carnt work that out but ha ho take then home now peace quiet

Cold frosty morning here, going out in a bit so hooe it defrosts soon, not a lot planned for today, fitting new surround sound system at home, old one doesn't sync with tv properly

When it's like this my van keeps snug & warm with an electric heater on a timer with a frost thermostat.....

BTW... I think Lidl are selling 2 speed fan heaters for a tenner... Anyone bought one?

I would go with a convector heater or halogen over a fan heater...too noisey! Me thinks.

very cold here of shoping for curtain for van door to pullover at night nice and snug and plastic box for storage under beds and seats

Quite bright although a bit cloudy here , and temp is a fare bit above freezing
We have just been and cleaned the M/H after our last trip , already for next one now

Had a rubbish night - bad stomach pains and then child alarm bleeping that it was flat- so got up early- at least there is not much snow

Light covering of snow here , with more forecast to come , dont think I will bother open the door today

White all over cold went and put new cover on van yesterday timeing perfrct lovely walk in park with baily and freinds seen to foxs lovely site on the snow

Calm & fair down here this morning, off food shopping today.

Snowed again last night and a biting frost- ah! I hear the feet of little grandchildren!

Cold fog ice -4 walking round park this morning

Bright start again here with lots of and clear sky's but freezing cold, Barb still laid up with bad cold so I will have to see if I can work out how the cooker, washing machine and the vacuum cleaner work.

Good job we have plenty of Tesco's horse meat in the fridge.

Beautiful morning here at the moment...still waiting for the snow possibly arriving tomorrow or friday.helicopter crash in london sounds terrible Hope not too many injured!

Looks like we are finally getting snow down here tonight and tomorrow.Better go and buy the supermarket out and fill all those petrol cans up for the great freeze

The forecast for us tomorrow is between 20 and 30 centimetres with warnings for drivers not to go out unless absolutely necessary!

Very Bright here this morning but exceedingly cold snow is almost gone but it is white over with frost , looks like I will be staying in my "prison" for another day ,although Rina wants me to go to supermarket with her , I'm not impressed

We've had a couple of cold days - only got up to 13 degrees !!

Better today - about 19, supposed to be warmer tomorrow ---

Had about 10cm of snow so far and its now started falling again

Barb is still fighting her 3rd chest infection in 8 weeks and is not good at all and now I feel it has a grip of me as well, throat sore and aching bones this morning, thought I had got away with it.

no snow here as yet quite windy though

off to Asda for milk and wine then this after off to physio and my ankle as been behaving itself this week --not saying no pain but bearable and I can actually see my ankle

anyway I am off to give izzy a quick walk round the block before I go to Asda

I am back from shopping and whiskey and wine now in the house so after i have been on the BUS to the physio and back again that is it till tomorrow going to the Manchester show if we are not snowed in----- oh forgot to say still no snow but it is bl--dy cold and that is swearing

this tv recorder I bought before Christmas as paid for itself one of the best things I have bought watched The Duchess last night period drama about the loveless marriage of the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire (I think)

when I come back might watch Holby City

anyway I am going otherwise I will be late---hope the road is open bad accident earlier cars diverted down the side streets but the buses and wagons were having to park up on main road

I am back Physio pleased with me (I think) asked if I could extend my walks (but not to many miles ) and use my walking boots and lets see what I am like in 2 weeks

SNOW ----we have a light cover of snow well a poor excuse more like a dusting of icing sugar but the sky looks as though it as alot more for us

No more snow overnight - but what we do have is frozen solid!

Spent yesterday doing the pensioners favourite job - shredding!!-Its amazing how a few sheets of paper can fill several black bags.

Pauline sorted out her clothes and we now have 7 bags for the charity shop and she tells me she has nothing to wear!!

Surfaced from the bunker just to find its started melting! Wondering what all the fuss is about.can't wait for it to clear up so I can get outside in the garden.
